After obtaining her Bachelor's degree from California State University San Marcos, Sarah co-founded 365 with the intent to spark conversations surrounding the importance of mental health. With a background in marketing and communications, Sarah works to create awareness while offering support and resources for those in need. Speaking from her own experience with recovery, Sarah hopes to inspire others to see that anything is possible with the right mental toolbox.
Kristine Flores
Kristine co-founded 365 to implement mental health education within homes, schools and communities. As author of the anticipated mental health guide '365 Letters From Mom', she aims to break the silence on mental health and parenthood. With an intergenerational approach, she offers multiple perspectives on how we can provide support to those who need it. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master's Degree in Educational Counseling, Kristine plans to create awareness, one letter at a time.
